2. Features

MP resin has good corrosion resistance, stability, adhesion, compatibility, fire resistance, and good solubility.

3. Applications

Inks: MP resin is mainly used as the primary resin for gravure printing on the surfaces of PP films, plastic woven bags, rice bags, and other PP bags.

Road Marking Paint: MP resin can be used as road marking paint.

Concrete: MP resin can be used in concrete. The product's structure makes it easy to bond.

4. Packaging

Packaged in 20kg kraft paper bags. Without pallets, it can fit into a 14m/20ft container; with pallets, it can fit into a 12m/20ft container.

5. Storage and Transportation

Store in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse. Do not store outdoors. Avoid direct sunlight and moisture. Avoid temperatures exceeding 60°C. Avoid rain during transportation. This product is not classified as a dangerous good.

6. What are the differences between MP15, MP25, and MP35 resins?

MP15, MP25, and MP35 resins are primarily used as anti-corrosion coatings. However, there are some differences between them, as detailed below:

MP15: Developed specifically for thick-coat applications. MP15 exhibits excellent performance in both acidic and alkaline environments. It is suitable not only for substrates such as asbestos, concrete, and brick, but also an ideal mixing choice for swimming pool, building, bridge, and road marking coatings.

MP25: Developed specifically for heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings. MP25 is widely used in heavy-duty anti-corrosion applications due to its excellent adhesion and durability. It provides superior protection for steel structures exposed to dry air, container and ship coatings requiring physical drying, and industrial anti-corrosion coatings.

MP35: A new benchmark for anti-corrosion. Compared to MP25, MP35 has a thicker texture, but its applications are very similar. For anti-corrosion coatings that need to withstand marine climates, MP35 is undoubtedly the ideal choice. In addition, it can also be used as an anti-corrosion coating for light metals such as aluminum and zinc, providing these materials with long-lasting protection.
