YQ-599, a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) companion product, is a product developed by Qingzhou Sanwei in cooperation with a university over three years. After small-scale trials, pilot tests, and preliminary experiments with some customers, it has been finalized. YQ-599 is a light blue transparent liquid, non-toxic, odorless, low-carbon, and environmentally friendly. Soluble in water, it is suitable for polyvinyl alcohol-based adhesives, improving their viscosity and bonding performance by altering a certain bond in polyvinyl alcohol. YQ-599 can be used in conjunction with certain polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) adhesives (such as 107 and 801 adhesives) to replace high-viscosity 26-99 PVA with low-viscosity 20-99 PVA, thereby reducing costs without affecting product quality.
Usage: Add 0.5 kg of YQ-599 per ton of PVA adhesive. For best results, add it to the reactor along with the PVA during heating.
Shelf life: 6 months
Packaging: 25 kg large drum, 0.5 kg small drum
Precautions: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area. Protect from direct sunlight and rain.
